About the NC A&T Alumni-Foundation Event Center
The Alumni-Foundation Event Center, which is owned and managed by The NC A&T Real Estate Foundation, is a premier event center available for rental by the public for meetings, conferences, social gatherings, reunions, celebrations and more.
The Event Center offers a library, board room, two conference rooms and five large ballrooms with a variety of layout options, audio/visual and internet capabilities. Click here for room layouts, size capacities and pictures.
Mission
The NC A&T Real Estate Foundation’s mission is to support NC A&T’s quality educational environment and effective community engagement and public service through the acquisition, ownership, transfer, development and management of real estate or real estate-related projects related to the university.
The revenue generated from the Alumni-Foundation Event Center has contributed more than $1 million in University scholarships, $60,000 of annual in-kind support to the Aggie Athletic Foundation and invaluable real estate acquisitions to promote the growth of the University.
North Carolina A&T State University

The NC A&T Real Estate Foundation (The Foundation), originally chartered March 9, 1946, as the North Carolina A&T University
Foundation, Inc., was repurposed in 2014-2015 as the North Carolina A&T Real Estate Foundation to engage in a strategic planning process to acquire, own, transfer, sell, develop, build and manage real estate or real estate-related projects in support of the University.
Since 2015, the Foundation has grown to $215 million in owned assets consisting of a variety real estate asset classes. Our portfolio includes seven apartment complexes, one warehouse, three residence halls and several other commercial properties. The Foundation houses more than 2,300 students for NC A&T.
