North Carolina A&T State University

For nearly 130 years, NC A&T has served the students of the University. Today’s 12,556 Aggies are some of the most high-achieving students ever to attend A&T. They excel in the classroom and in academic competition, whether coding like wizards in a national hackathon, writing a flawless business case contest entry or creating a self-driving car.

As a land grant, doctoral research university with a national reputation in STEM education, we are proud of the impact that our 70,000 plus alumni have across America. From Silicon Valley to the halls of Congress to farms across North Carolina, Aggies innovate, discover, serve and lead. Because that’s what Aggies DO!

The NC A&T Real Estate Foundation (The Foundation), originally chartered March 9, 1946, as the North Carolina A&T University
Foundation, Inc., was repurposed in 2014-2015 as the North Carolina A&T Real Estate Foundation to engage in a strategic planning process to acquire, own, transfer, sell, develop, build and manage real estate or real estate-related projects in support of the University.

Since 2015, the Foundation has grown to $215 million in owned assets consisting of a variety real estate asset classes. Our portfolio includes seven apartment complexes, one warehouse, three residence halls and several other commercial properties. The Foundation houses more than 2,300 students for NC A&T.
