The Alumni-Foundation Event Center is a 30,000 square foot facility designed by Clark-Nexsen Architecture & Engineering. Our premier facility is conveniently located right off Hwy 29 on the A&T campus and is perfect for functions and events – be they large or small, formal or informal.
The Alumni-Foundation Event Center provides the perfect atmosphere for any group looking to book a conference, workshop or celebration. The event center’s staff is prepared to assist guests with the planning and execution of any gathering. The event coordinator will be on hand to design imaginative and smoothly managed special events with exceptional customer service and unparalleled attention to details and priorities.
The Grand Ballroom offers an elegant ambiance for formal or informal meetings, weddings, parties and banquets for all affiliated Aggies.

Our ninth annual two-day product expo was once again a successful show and you and the Aggie Event Center were able to make that happen for us. Your services were very impressive!
