University departments receive a price reduction! To receive your discount, please include a P.O. Number and indicate that you are affiliated with the university when requesting your space.
You will have 10 business days from when you submit your request to submit your full payment to secure your reservation number.
A representative from the Alumni-Foundation Event Center will contact you to confirm availability within 24- 72 Business hours.
