University departments receive a price reduction! To receive your discount, please include a P.O. Number and indicate that you are affiliated with the university when requesting your space.
If you do not already have a P.O., you will have 10 business days from when you submit your request to submit your P.O. number.
A representative from the Alumni-Foundation Event Center will contact you to confirm availability within 24- 48 hours.
