    • 100% of the rental fee is due at the time of reservation (Non-Refundable)
    • Reservations are not confirmed until payment is received.
    • A $500 Refundable Damage and cleaning deposit is required (Will be refunded after event pending no damages found)

    Rate includes:

    • Standard banquet chairs, 72” round banquet tables, 8-foot tables for registration and a wired microphone and podium.
    • Setup and breakdown to accommodate up to 800 guests depending on the room selected.

    A/V Services are not available for the Library.

    NC A&T Alumni Event Center
